Yoga

Yoga is a millennial practice democratized today that allows relaxation of body and mind. There are several forms of Yoga including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini Yin Yoga.

What is energetics?

Energy therapy is an approach that aims to reharmonize the different facets of being and its 5 subtle bodies: physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual. A treatment includes four main steps: purification, rebalancing, accumulation and energization. The benefits are numerous: reduction of fatigue and stress, better self-confidence, increased energy, improvement of intestinal disorders and body pain, reconciliation with oneself.

What is hypnosis ?

Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon or altered consciousness that sometimes leads us to daydreams, moments out of time in our daily lives. Children are 80% of the time until the age of 8, imagining themselves as princesses or firefighters in real situations. The adult is during manual activities for example, artistic, intellectual, physical sometimes when we live the "flow".

It is by reaching the unconscious that we manage to change behaviors to move towards a transformation. Indeed, the mind can play tricks on us and does not have all the necessary resources. It is by dissociating the two that we manage to address the unconscious.

This American psychiatrist of the last century, suffering from several disabilities, learned from his suffering by developing his practice through observation and strength of mind. He stimulated his paralyzed muscles with self-hypnosis, a technique he then applied to his patients to  reduce suffering. The practitioner is there, in a low position, to listen, to accompany the person in this state of trance, and to help him to develop his imagination, to bounce on the words, the silences in order to freely find the answers. Like each individual, each session is unique. The main condition for success is the involvement of everyone

How does a session take place?hypnosis?

1. The discussion: seated, we talk about your story, your objectives and the course of the session in complete safety, knowing that I will accompany you throughout the experience but that you will be the actor.

2. Hypnosis or "induction" work: I use several verbal techniques to help you relax. It can take 10 to 20 minutes depending on the person.

3. Hypnosis Verification: A sign from you lets me  know that I can begin to treat your goal.

4. Hypnotic work: this is when I work with your unconscious on the goal set together. It may take 15 to 20 minutes.

5. Post-hypnotic work: I put in place processes so that the benefits of the session last over time.

6. Return to the conscious phase gently and peacefully.

7. Post-hypnotic follow-up: a few days after each session, I ask each client for feedback in order to assess the situation and be able to work on the next session.

6. Dynamization: standing up, I relaunch your general system following the previous work

=> The goal is for you to emerge relieved of your pain or problems and filled with energy.

How does a session take place?yoga?

1. The reception: sitting or standing, we take a few minutes to center ourselves, "let go" of the mind and set an intention for our session which will have a specific objective each time thanks to a work of breathing ("pranayama"). About 5-10 mins.

2. Sun salutation and warm-up: we give it about 10 minutes.

3. Standing postures: we link several balance or outward strength postures, always with several level options and respecting your limits. Yoga is not a competition but a respect for oneself. About 15 mins.

4. Sitting or lying postures: we work on other body orientations more anchored in the ground and with your breathing. About 15 minutes.

5. "Savasana": relaxation lying on your back and meditation. This step is crucial because yoga is a philosophy and a state of mind where body and mind are one.  About 10 minutes.
